With the death and resurrection of Christ, the world changed forever. A ray of light shot out of the darkness and began to transform everything and continues to transform everything. You and I are called to participate, becoming mirrors of the light that it might shine farther and wider. We must understand that redemption in Christ is both gift and responsibility. We are both new creation and ministers to the world that is being created anew. Or as Paul says it, “Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation”
