The Fellowship Ministry of South Run Baptist Church is committed to providing opportunities for all people to integrate into a welcoming family of faith. Throughout the year there are a variety of activities that foster an environment for you to gather with other believers to enjoy the camaraderie of faith. Whether it is gathering for the annual church picnic at Burke Lake Park, driving to Graves Mountain for a delicious lunch and the Apple Festival, playing games during Family Night at Burke Racquet and Fitness, or cooking for the annual Chili Cook-off, you can find many ways to connect with our loving church family. Keep your eye on the weekly bulletin to see opportunities to spend time in Christian Fellowship.
Wednesday Night Dinners – 5:45 PM (Fellowship Hall) (September 19 – November 14; Beginning again in January 2019)
Wednesdays are designed for the whole family in mind and seek to encourage getting to know one another around the dinner table and through our small groups available following dinner. Our dinners are now catered by Hannah’s Catering. The cost of dinner remains $5 per person with a $20 maximum per family, however, you will now need to make reservations for dinner each week or you can make a standing dinner reservation and just notify us if you need to cancel your reservation or need to make adjustments to your standing reservation for that week. Reservations must be made, canceled, or adjusted no later than 8:00 pm on Monday through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Church League Softball – Weekday Evenings (April-July)
South Run Baptist Church participates in two recreational softball leagues with other churches at Rolling Valley West Park on Sydenstricker (next to the Pohick library). The men’s league plays on Monday or Tuesday evening. The co-ed league plays on Thursday nights. All skill levels are welcome! We enjoy having fans in the stands, too, so come on out and cheer for South Run.
